Do you need an Aloha DUI Attorney?

DUI/DUII charges are unfortunately not something that can be ignored. Conviction of the crime of DUI can have major impacts on your life, including for your career, your driving privileges, and your future ability to travel. If you or someone you care about have been accused of DUI, we strongly suggest you find an experienced attorney who specializes in DUI defense, sooner than later. Being charged with DUI can trigger a lot of shame and anxiety, and being arrested is a traumatic event. FAQ About DUI Arrests in Aloha, Oregon

A common question we get about DUI charges in Washington County is, “Is the date on my paperwork a trial date?” The date listed on your citation is your arraignment, which is the first court appearance in an Oregon criminal case. This is not a time to resolve your case, but rather a time to route your case to a subsequent hearing where it might be. In the Washington County courts, your appearance at arraignment is usually mandatory. If you have retained an attorney, they will do all the talking, and there shouldn’t be any surprises. To learn more about the arraignment process, read through our blog post at this link.
