FAQ About DUI Arrests in Astoria, Oregon

“Am I OK to Drive”? —this is a frequently asked question we get from people after a DUI arrest where their license was confiscated. You are typically permitted to drive with a temporary permit, which is usually part of your paperwork they sent you home with. Recently, this is a separate piece of paper attached to the “Implied Consent Combined Report”. The way to avoid that upcoming license suspension is to request a DMV hearing within 10 days of your arrest. Our legal team at Reynolds Defense Firm are Oregon’s foremost experts in DMV hearings, and we would be happy to guide you through the specifics of your case. Fort Stevens State Park

Fort Stevens State Park is located at the mouth of the Columbia River, where it spills into the Pacific Ocean. This park of almost 4000 acres includes important coastal grassland habitat (nesting birds, elk, other wildlife are happy about this), a cool rusted out shipwreck, a creepy and echo-filled abandoned miliary fort, camping, biking, fishing, and just about anything else you can think to do at the coast. It’s just past Warrenton from Astoria. Head to 1675 Peter Iredale Rd, Hammond, OR 97121.
