Who are the Good People that Reynolds Defense Firm represents?

You see it on our letterhead, you hear it in our radio ads and when you call our office – “We represent good people.” But what does this mean, exactly?  Who are the “Good People” that we represent? In a nutshell, our clients are people with integrity who participate in their communities. Our clients have moral sense and typically appreciate the role of law enforcement. I connect to this kind of person, because this was me, over twenty years ago, when I was arrested for a DUI.

A DUI arrest can be terrifying, leaving you wondering how you could have put yourself in this situation.  You’re probably beating yourself up right now. You’re worried about what might happen, scared about people finding out, and tempted to just hide.  We understand those feelings.

I was questioning if I was still a good person after my DUII arrest. It was this feeling along with my professional experience as both a prosecutor in Multnomah County and defense attorney that helped me create a special kind of firm. One that understands that one bad moment doesn’t invalidate an entire lifetime of being a good person.  The Reynolds Defense Firm is the kind of law firm that I wish I had to help me so long ago when I really needed it the most.

What does this mean?

Most importantly, you need stellar legal representation, and the Reynolds Defense Firm is second to none when it comes to that. Together, our attorneys have more than 100 years of combined Oregon DUI law experience, both on the prosecution and defense sides.

Another essential factor is that the people who will be helping you should be genuine and caring. Being arrested can shake a person to their core. In addition to the law, our goal is to help a person through the human side of being arrested. We want to leave them better off than when he or she was arrested in the first place.

Last and certainly not least, trust and communication are critical. They must flow both ways in order to get the most out of the attorney-client relationship. For us to do the absolute best we can for a person we have to be able to trust each other. That means having honest and sincere conversations.

The Reynolds Defense firm isn’t right for everyone, but it is exactly the right firm to help good people facing DUI charges. If you know someone who needs our help, please contact us right away for your free consultation. At the risk of sounding immodest, we are very good at what we do.
