Staff Bios
Tammy Reynolds,
Director of Brand Integrity & Growth
Tammy Reynolds is our Director of Brand Integrity and Growth. Tammy’s great mix of creativity and straightforward logic has been instrumental in growing the Reynolds Defense Firm as a business while allowing us to remain true to the core values and beliefs that make us so successful. You may notice an uncanny similarity in Dan’s last name and Tammy’s. This is not a coincidence! Nineteen years ago Tammy agreed to marry Dan, and she’s been happily stuck with his last name and smiling face ever since. Outside the office, Tammy loves Cross Fit training, being outdoors, and of course, their son Jack who is now officially a teenager.
Ashley Arauz,
Legal Assistant
Ashley brings more than five years of office operations, administrative support, and customer service experience to her role at Reynolds Defense Firm. Her background spans healthcare scheduling, data analysis, and logistics, giving her a versatile, detail-oriented approach to managing records, resolving conflicts, and keeping fast-paced operations running smoothly. She recently completed her Paralegal Certificate through Oregon State University’s Legal Studies Program. Ashley’s family is Honduran, and her bilingual fluency in Spanish allows her to connect with an even wider range of clients.
Ashley is proud to offer meaningful support to our clients and attorneys, knowing that her work is making a positive difference in people’s lives. Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys yoga, a good book, and hanging out with her cat.
Casey Cook,
Marketing Specialist
Casey brings warmth, empathy, and a calm, supportive presence to her role at Reynolds Defense Firm. As the first person many clients connect with when reaching out to our firm, she has a natural ability to make people feel heard, comfortable, and supported from the very beginning. Her background in public education has honed her strong communication skills and thoughtful attention to detail to make her an invaluable part of both our client experience and internal team operations. Casey has a unique ability to build rapport, explain complex information in a simple and human way, and stay organized while balancing multiple priorities.
After growing up in a military family and living in Virginia for many years, Casey moved to Oregon to experience the Pacific Northwest — and quickly fell in love with it. Outside of work, Casey enjoys visiting her daughter at OSU, motorcycle rides with her partner, gardening, and taking neighborhood walks to admire the changing seasons.
Don Rohan,
Director of Finance
Don brings an exceptional level of expertise and professionalism to his role as Finance Manager. With a successful career leading financial operations, strategic planning, and cross-department collaboration, he has a remarkable ability to bring clarity and structure to complex financial processes. Don’s analytical mindset, paired with his calm and approachable demeanor, makes him a tremendous support to both our team and the clients we serve.
Before joining us, Don spent many years in leadership roles across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, manufacturing, and technology. He has extensive experience overseeing accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and system improvements — always with a focus on accuracy, operational excellence, and empowering organizations to grow with intention. His passion for building strong processes and offering meaningful insights is evident in everything he does.
Don is a recent transplant from the Seattle area, so the rain doesn’t bother him one bit. He is excited to be part of a team whose work makes a difference in people’s lives. When he’s not balancing spreadsheets, you can find him cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, or spending time with his family and pets (two dogs, two cats).
Dana Hatch,
Legal Assistant
Dana is technically an Idaho native but has just as many “roots” in Oregon, having lived here for 25 years. She is an integral member of our legal team and we’re happy to have her fantastic skills and calm demeanor in the office. She brings with her many years of legal experience, and she adds positive energy and a focused work ethic to the legal team. Her qualifications allowed her to step in and become an important part of our team quickly. Dana is somewhat of an artisan, as she loves to decorate and craft using a wide range of mediums. When she’s not working at RDF, she loves spending time with her family and pets, playing games, and she enjoys taking in all the wonders of nature.
Kylie Meyer,
Legal Assistant
A born-and-raised Oregonian, Kylie brings strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine passion for helping others to her role as Legal Assistant. Her background in marketing sharpened her written and verbal communication skills and taught her the true value of meaningful client relationships. She is currently pursuing her Paralegal Certificate through Portland Community College and gained hands-on legislative experience interning in the Oregon State Senate, where she honed her skills in legal research, document drafting, and communication.
Kylie is passionate about helping people through some of their most difficult moments, and she loves being part of RDF’s collaborative, supportive team environment. Outside of work, Kylie enjoys spending time with family, getting outdoors to camp, hike, or paddleboard, and traveling whenever she can. She’s also a proud pet parent to a cat and a brand-new puppy who are keeping her busy.
Natalie PaulsonJones,
Client Intake Specialist
As one of our outstanding Client Intake Specialists, Natalie is one of the first encouraging voices our potential clients hear when they call. Her calm nature, people skills, and genuine desire to help others shines through every interaction she has with the good people who contact our office. She also brings years of service industry experience and understands just how important first impressions are. Her compassionate nature and pride in the fantastic work we do here at RDF make her a great part of our team, and her reassuring tone helps our clients understand that they’ve come to the right place. Natalie is an Oregonian, born and raised in Ashland, Oregon, and has been in Portland most of her adult life. Outside of the firm Natalie enjoys spending time with friends, reading a good book, and cooking delicious meals.
Claudia Fabbrini,
Director of Operations
With almost 20 years of experience in customer service and management, Claudia has the impressive ability to connect with almost anyone and understand their needs. This background makes her the perfect fit for her role. Claudia helps the firm by working closely with each department to improve processes and create systems that will help us continue to grow, as a business, so we can help more people. What stands out immediately when you have the pleasure of meeting Claudia is her proficiency and compassion. She enjoys being a part of a team that truly seeks to help people when they need it most. Originally from California, she has found a true home and sense of community in Portland. She loves nature, travel, and is passionate about food and cooking. She even plans all her trips around the food she will eat. And, as a testament to her love of travel, Claudia is also working on getting her pilots license – check her out in the pilot’s seat!
Rob Oberdorfer,
Director of Marketing and Client Intake
Rob, a true Oregonian, was born in Portland and raised in Bend. His love for the Pacific Northwest is unwavering, having lived in Eugene for college and briefly on Long Island, which only strengthened his commitment to the West Coast. With over 17 years of experience in the legal field, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to our team. One of his favorite things about Reynolds Defense Firm is the strong focus on teamwork and our unique office culture. Rob is passionate about helping people and, through his role, he is excited about the opportunity to contribute to our growth so we can continue to help more good people. Outside of work, Rob is a musician, playing and producing music in his home studio. Although he’s hung up his touring hat, he still loves creating music with local projects and friends. When he’s not immersed in music, you can find him hiking with his wife and dogs, exploring the stunning landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.
Jesus Navarro,
Senior Legal Assistant
Another one of those hard-to-find Oregon natives, Jesus was born in Woodburn, Oregon and still loves the Pacific Northwest as much as ever. He brings with him years of experience working in both immigration law and family law as well as a cadet for a local police agency. His background has given him a deep understanding of how both the court system and the criminal justice system work, making him a great asset to our team and our clients. Jesus has been immersed in the legal field for a long time and he appreciates the opportunity to work with dedicated people. Even more, he is extremely grateful for the ability to help clients through some very difficult situations, both legally and emotionally. He understands that dealing with an arrest can be scary and is happy to provide the compassion that our clients need to move forward with confidence. Outside of the office Jesus enjoys working on his car and playing basketball, tennis, and pickleball. He is very close with his siblings and loves spending quality time with his family.
Jadyn Mulkey,
Legal Assistant
An Oregon native from Sherwood, Jadyn brings a strong academic background and meaningful hands-on experience to Reynolds Defense Firm. She graduated with honors from PCC’s ABA-accredited program in Paralegal Studies, with an internship at the Federal Public Defender’s Office. She also worked as a paralegal and case manager in a personal injury firm, managing pre-litigation cases, maintaining client communication, and preparing legal documents. Detail-oriented and organized, Jadyn is proud to support clients during difficult times and is committed to helping them feel informed and supported throughout the legal process. She also happens to be a trained dancer in jazz, ballet, and color guard. Somehow she also finds time to enjoy cooking, playing video games, reading, and hanging out with her two beloved cats.
Alicia Johnston,
Human Resources Manager
Alicia Johnston brings over a decade of experience in human resources and management to her role at Reynolds Defense Firm. Originally from Northern New Mexico, Alicia moved to Oregon more than 20 years ago with her now husband, drawn by her love of the Pacific Northwest’s “real trees.” At Reyolds Defense Firm, she focuses on everything that makes the workplace feel human—supporting employees in their roles, helping solve problems, and fostering clear communication so the team can thrive together. Alicia loves our firm culture, where people are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work and where everyone’s dedication to clients shines through in everything they do. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending quality time with her husband and chasing after their wonderful, busy children. She’s also an avid crafter, dabbling in everything from jewelry making to gelli painting – she loves it all!
Mikhail Doholis,
Client Intake Specialist
Mikhail Doholis earned his Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law and began his career as a defense attorney in Portland. Raised by his grandmother, mother, and sister, he learned the importance of empathy, resilience, and listening—qualities that now shape both his legal work and his support role at Reynolds Defense Firm.
In his current position, Mikhail helps maintain and optimize processes across departments while also providing legal insight and client support. His ability to listen deeply and spot patterns makes him a steady problem-solver for the RDF team. Outside of work, Mikhail enjoys scouting and training soccer players, paddle boarding, hiking, playing pickleball, and exploring new coffee shops.
Ashley York,
Legal Assistant
Drawing on her background in evidence management with a local district attorney’s office, Ashley brings a keen organizational talent and a strong commitment to supporting clients through challenging times. Originally from San Diego, California, she moved to Oregon four years ago, seeking new opportunities for herself and her family. Ashley finds fulfillment in helping people navigate the complexities of the legal process, ensuring they feel supported and understood every step of the way. She appreciates the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Reynolds Defense Firm, where kindness and teamwork are at the forefront. When she’s not working, Ashley enjoys hiking with her family, spending time with her dog, and curling up with a good book. She is excited to bring her experience and compassion to make a positive difference in clients’ lives.
Eliza Smith,
Senior Client Intake Specialist
Eliza loves her role at Reynolds Defense Firm where she gets to help good people facing tough times by drawing on her diverse background in mental health support and hospitality. Her experience supporting adults with mental health diagnoses and working in customer-focused roles, like bartending and retail, has honed her ability to connect with clients and ensure they feel heard and supported. Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Eliza moved to Portland to be closer to friends and the mountains and has loved the community ever since. When she’s not at work, Eliza enjoys expressing her creativity through crafting—she knits, crochets, sews, and is currently exploring pattern design.
Amelia Sutherland,
Legal Assistant
Amelia brings a strong background in customer service, communication, and organization to Reynolds Defense Firm. She has worked in fast-paced environments where staying calm, paying attention to details, and helping people feel taken care of are essential. She enjoys supporting both attorneys and clients and helping keep things clear, organized, and moving forward.
With a background in fine arts and years of hands-on client-facing experience, Amelia brings both thoughtfulness and adaptability to her work. She takes pride in being a steady, dependable resource for clients during difficult times. Outside of work you’ll find her busy with printmaking projects and spending quality time with friends.
Felipe Mello,
Client Intake Specialist
Felipe brings a strong background in client service, communication, and relationship-building to his role at Reynolds Defense Firm. With experience in recruiting, office operations, and client support, he understands how important it is to make people feel heard, informed, and supported from the very beginning. He takes pride in helping clients navigate the intake process with clarity, professionalism, and care.
Originally from Brazil, Felipe has also lived in Ohio before recently moving to Oregon, which he feels is a better fit. He is multilingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, which helps him connect with and support a wide range of clients. Outside of work, Felipe enjoys hiking and traveling.
Ana Maria Licon,
Finance Specialist
Ana Maria brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to her role as Finance Specialist. With a diverse background in office administration across therapy, education, and the performing arts, she has a talent for keeping complex operations organized and running smoothly. Her skills in data entry, scheduling, and administrative support allow her to provide reliable support to both the team and our clients.
Ana Maria thrives in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and clear communication are key. She enjoys finding creative solutions to keep processes efficient and loves helping others navigate systems with ease. Her experience in diverse workplaces has given her a unique perspective and a knack for building positive relationships with everyone she works with.
Originally from Logan, Utah, Ana Maria now calls Portland home. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the city, engaging in creative projects, and sharing her love of the arts — a passion rooted in her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Design and Technology with an emphasis in Costume Design.
Savannah Hagenloh,
Legal Assistant
Savannah brings several years of hands-on legal experience to her role at Reynolds Defense Firm, with a background spanning criminal, family, and civil law. Detail-oriented and dependable, Savannah enjoys assisting with document preparation, client communication, and case organization. She takes pride in helping both attorneys and clients navigate complex situations with clarity and compassion.
Originally from New Mexico, Savannah has called Oregon home for the past few years after quickly falling in love with the area. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cats, playing video games, and exploring the city.
McKenna Meyer,
Legal Assistant
McKenna brings a thoughtful, organized, and client-focused approach to her role as Legal Assistant. With experience supporting both workers’ compensation and insurance defense attorneys, she has developed strong skills in legal document drafting, case management, and client communication. Her ability to stay organized, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly makes her a fantastic support to both clients and attorneys throughout the legal process. She enjoys building connections with clients and helping guide people through stressful situations with compassion and professionalism. McKenna is also currently pursuing her Paralegal degree through Portland Community College to continue growing her skills within the legal field.
Born and raised in Oregon, McKenna is proud to call the Pacific Northwest home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and attending concerts and music festivals whenever she can.
