At Reynolds Defense Firm, we’ve always been driven by a commitment to growth — not just for ourselves but, more importantly, for our clients. We believe in continuously evolving our practices to better serve the good people who trust us with their legal needs.

Beyond Defense: Our Unique Approach

Reynolds Defense Firm has never been your typical criminal defense firm. From our specialized focus on DUI cases to our unique company culture, we’ve consistently strived to stand out in the criminal defense world. Our approach isn’t just about helping people with the legal side of an arrest; it’s about helping them on the human side of an arrest as well.

The Human Element: A Key Focus

We recognize that a DUI arrest is rarely an isolated incident. Often, it is a symptom of real-life problems and daily stressors that good people face. This understanding was our inspiration for the Window of Clarity Program launched in 2013. Additionally, we recognized that helping eligible clients enter the court’s Diversion program is a resolution to their case, but it’s not the conclusion. There is still work that needs to be done by our clients before the DUI charge can be dismissed, which is why we spent years creating our Diversion Workbook that finally launched in 2019.

Our commitment to growth and improvement has inspired us to offer yet another invaluable resource to our clients, further setting us apart from other law firms — We are proud to announce the roll out of the Reynold Defense Firm Client Care Program. More than just a service, this program is a testament to our dedication to enhancing the lives of our clients beyond the courtroom.

A Holistic Approach to Client Support

You may have heard of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) – Reynolds Defense Firm pays to provide this for all our employees, and we’ve seen the value that a program like this can provide! And this got us thinking – “Is there a way to do this for our clients, too?”

So, we negotiated with our local EAP provider, and we are now the FIRST law firm in the nation to provide EAP services for our clients for the 1st 90 days of their case. We wanted to provide additional support to our clients to help them get through what is often the most challenging part of a DUI arrest.

The Client Care Program is a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL and includes five sessions with a licensed counselor to help our clients start to deal with the things that might have led to their arrest as well as providing professional support as they start to navigate the criminal justice system. Additionally, they have access to five coaching sessions to gain guidance on finances, goal setting, healthy habits, and much more!

Online Resources for Empowerment

To further empower our clients, the Client Care Program provides online access to innovative educational tools. From chat support to self-assessments, videos, webinars, courses, and downloadable documents, our clients have a wealth of resources at their fingertips to navigate life’s challenges successfully.

Growth Through Client Care

Our commitment to growth goes hand in hand with our commitment to providing value to our clients. The program is a prime example of how Reynolds Defense Firm is never content with the status quo. We believe in constantly improving our best practices to ensure that our clients receive not only stellar legal representation but also comprehensive support for their personal growth and well-being.

Your Legal Assistant’s Important Role

When you reach out to our office, you might find yourself speaking with a legal assistant before an attorney. This is a common practice and reflects the collaborative nature of our team. This is because our attorneys are often taking care of important tasks like going to court, doing extensive case research, or meeting with clients to discuss their cases. All of these activities are central to providing effective legal representation. Meanwhile, our dedicated legal assistant’s role is to manage the administrative side of your case, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Understanding this dynamic can help you appreciate the essential role each team member plays in providing you with the best possible support, and ensuring your case progresses effectively.
